Kris who spoke about the film on CBC last year, when it first open, provide some interesting insights on fan generated content and how it has helped promote the film.

The hour long panel discussed how a low budget, B rated movie become an instant cult classic. Comparing the movie to past success stories such as Rocky Horror Picture Show and the Blair Witch Project.

Just like the user generated content helped make Snakes on a Plane, one of the most popular film of 2006, the interaction between the panelists and the attendees of the first session of Interactive helped launched another great year for SXSW.
