I saw this originally on Jeremy Zawodny's site:

The community that forms around open source software seems quite up to the job of educating itself. The real value in my opinion has moved from the software to the information and the community.
Adam Bosworth: What is the platform?

The title of Zawodny's post makes it even more explicit: Shifting From Yesterday's Platforms to Tomorrow's Communities. Whether you're an open source project, a business, or an individual, your community is key. You are a part of them, they are a part of you, and to be successful you need to interact with your wider community.

And speaking of community, people are doing a great job of adding to the documentation for Adrian's new version of PHPTemplate.

We're also going to maintain a CSS and code snippets library there, for all sorts of theme-related goodies that you can use to tweak your PHPTemplate-based Drupal site. In fact, I found a long code snippet on creating a taxonomy browser, but it looks overly complicated and requires you to upload a separate PHP file to the database.

To get things started, I'll look through the Drupal.org archives and see if I can find anything good to add to the Page Hacks and Block Hacks wiki pages.

Your business deserves to be found.
