Last Thursday we had the first of our new media lunch and learn sessions. We had a small, but friendly crowd that asked great questions. We covered blogs: how do you spot one, what makes them significant and how to experiment with one.

The crowd was mostly film and television people (it's huge in Vancouver) and I promised some links on how people are using blogs in their industry. Well lo and behold over the weekend I found out about film directors using blogs to write about the progress of their movies during production, fanning the flames of their fans' zeal. Actors are blogging as a way of connecting with fans and speaking directly without a media filter.

This Thursday we'll be covering RSS, so if you're "wondering where the RSS lives" then come on down.

As space is limited to the first 15 people please RSVP No later than Tuesday at 5 pm of each week you plan to attend. To RSVP or for further information get in touch with us at: contactus@flourishmedia.com or call 604.221.2632
