My hands feel greasy, I'm on my third pair of socks. Our main work space smells like a mixture of stale food and a high school "guy" changing room.

With most of the team members having slept less then an hour each since Friday morning, we are gearing up for the second half of this mad dash to the finishing line.

Our project scope started with an overzealous idea that would have been radical, (If we had a few months to develop) changed during the course of the night.

As each hour passed, we would see Alan emerging from his work space, saying:

"Scratch this or remove that feature, we won't be able to make it work"

Which would turned out to be great relief for the rest of us, since it reduces the amount of scenes we have to prep and produce before development.

At 9:30 we'll be having a team huddle to evaluate where we stand, what has been completed and what remains to be done.

All I can think at this point is whether the Campus Cafe be serving breakfast when it open at 10:00?
